Then we stepped away from the forwarding side and spent the next three years inside the agencies themselves. Riding in camera cars. Sitting in trucks with agents in the field, watching how they actually work. Standing in storage lots watching office staff manage a flood of customers redeeming vehicles and property — lots filling up, timelines ticking, and invoices getting denied for reasons that felt less like policy and more like "just because."
We watched owner-operators run their agencies from the field, the office, industry events, and family dinners — all at once, all the time. Companies doing everything right operationally and still hemorrhaging money because their billing processes couldn't keep pace.
The problem was clear. The solution wasn't available yet. So we built it — with a team that carries nearly two decades of combined experience on both sides of this industry.
